 The Williamsburg Brass Shop was established in 1968 by David and Martha Ware, and has remained under the same ownership for nearly 40 years. Still in its original location, The Williamsburg Brass Shop is located in the Colonial Towne Plaza shopping center just four and a half miles from the Williamsburg City Limits, and seven miles from Colonial Williamsburg.

40 years ago the property on which The Williamsburg Brass Shop is located was farmland on the outskirts of the city of Williamsburg. This stretch of Route 60, or Richmond Road, became very successful and was referred to as "The Golden Mile." We have many repeat customers from all around the country.
