Special Orders
We are happy to offer
the potion of special order items. Many of these items are imported
from Europe, so please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Since these items
are not normally carried in our inventory and are being Special Ordered
for you, they cannot be cancelled in the event that you change your
mind. Please make certain when placing your Special Order that it is
exactly what you desire.
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. If you would like to exchange an item, we will apply a credit towards the new item. Shipping on original purchase is non-refundable. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in re-saleable condition with its original packaging and all original tags attached. Exceptions are made for nay defective items. A replacement will be made for a defective item as soon as possible after receipt and upon examination. Return shipping fees will be refunded for defective items with prior approval.
